Hi, we’re the Mutaawes, your hosts! We are both born and raised in Uganda but now run businesses around the world. No matter where life takes us, Uganda will always be special because of its vibrant people, lively nights, and unforgettable food.

Like many in the diaspora, we dreamed of having our own place here that felt like the life we built abroad while keeping the warmth of home. That dream became Winslow Luxury Suites; a space where comfort, style, and heart come together. Reliable Wi-Fi and a standby generator made working smooth, and the fully equipped kitchen helped me save by cooking at home. They also offer car hire, just ask in advance. What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Check-out: From 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM

We try to be flexible where possible. If you need early check-in or late check-out, let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.

What do I need to for the check-in process?

Please ensure you bring a valid government-issued ID that matches the name on the reservation. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to check in.

A separate security deposit of $100 will be required at check-in. This is fully refunded at check-out once the property has been inspected and no damages are found.

Once you check-in, you will be provided with all the essential details for your stay, including Wi-Fi passwords, and emergency contact information.

Do you offer airport pick-up or transportation services?

Yes, airport transfers and car hire can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Let us know ahead of time so we can schedule it for you.

I am new to the area, where can I find helpful information?

What is the maximum number of guests allowed per suite?

Each suite has a specific guest capacity, so please check the individual room listing for the maximum number of guests allowed because cribs and extra beds are not available.

Do you offer long-term stays or monthly discounts?

Yes, we welcome long-term guests and offer special rates for extended stays. Feel free to contact us for more details.

Is smoking permitted?

No, smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, and basic utensils.

Is there a generator or backup power?

Yes, the property is equipped with a standby generator and solar backup energy to ensure you have power during outages.

Is the property safe?

Yes, the property is located in a safe area and equipped with security features like CCTV, gated access, and 24/7 security personnel. Your safety is our top priority.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property. We aim to maintain a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

Can I host an event or party on the premise?

While we want all our guests to enjoy their stay, parties and events are not allowed on the premises. This helps us maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and comply with community rules. If you're planning a small gathering or special occasion, feel free to contact us. We are happy to discuss what’s possible within the house rules.

Are guests allowed to host visitors?

Guests may have visitors, but overnight stays for non-registered guests are not allowed unless approved.
