Refund Policy

EFFECTIVE 2025

We strive to offer fair and transparent terms to all our guests. Please review the following refund policy carefully before confirming your reservation.

🔄 1. Booking Cancellations

  • Free cancellation window: Guest will receive a 100% refund up to 5 days before check-in, in case of any cancellation (excluding any bank or transaction fees).
  • Late cancellations: Guest will receive a 50% refund up to 24 hours before check-in (excluding any bank or transaction fees).
  • No-shows: Guests who do not arrive without prior notice ("no-shows") will be charged for the entire reservation amount.

💵 2. Security Deposit Refunds

  • A $100 refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in (payable via mobile money, cash, or credit/debit card).
  • This deposit will be refunded in full at check-out, provided no damages or missing items are found, and no booking violations occurred.
  • Any deductions will be clearly documented and shared with the guest.

⏳ 3. Early Check-Outs

  • Guests who leave earlier than the scheduled check-out date are not entitled to a refund for unused nights.
  • Exceptions may be considered for medical or emergency situations, and are evaluated case by case.

🚫 4. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Extra or add-on service fees related to premium amenities we provide (once service has been provided/completed).
  • Late check-out or early check-in fees (if agreed upon).
  • Bank or transaction fees related to refund processing.

💳 5. Payment & Refund Method

  • All payments and refunds are processed within 1 to 30 business days, depending on your payment provider, and please note that transaction fees apply to both mobile money and credit or debit card payments.
